Preparing and some things you should know before our flooring installers arrive.

• We will assume that electric power is available - If not please notify us in advance.

• Our installers will move normal to large furniture - items that two men can easily move 75 lbs limit. This does not include antiques, audio, or video equipment, grandfather clocks, expensive artwork, fish tanks, pool tables, lamps, bookshelves or any smaller items. Please empty all book cases and large stand-up cabinets.

• Our installers will use your existing tack strip, so please do not remove existing strip. We will replace as needed.

• In the bedrooms please remove all bed sheets/blankets and remove all items from closet floors. There is an extra charge for water beds. Break down and setup.

• If concealed conditions are encountered like concrete cracks and holes in the floor, the installers will make arrangements with you to correct the defects and continue working.

• Even when exercising proper care during carpet installation, floor moldings "baseboards" as well as under carpet security systems, or stereo wiring, may be unavoidably damaged requiring minor repair work. Additionally some doors may need to be trimmed to accommodate the added thickness of your new carpet. These items are the customer's responsibility to let the installers know about security system wires and stereo wires.

• Regardless of our efforts, it is virtually impossible to make seams invisible. Even in the best of circumstances, seams will show more in certain areas then in others, and more in certain types of carpet than in others.

• After installing your flooring our installers will vacuum your home before the furniture is put back.
